STEP 7: Insurance Approval Sequence

PROCEDURE / PROCESS

IF INSURANCE APPROVES YOUR CLAIM

  1. Upload the Scope of Work to the job in JobNimbus

  1. Move the job to the ‘Approved/Sold’ stage

**This will automatically notify the office to review the scope, so make sure you upload the scope to the job first**

Then The Office Will Evaluate the Scope

If a Supplement is Needed:

  • They will move the job to ‘Supplement Needed’ which will send you a notification

  • After going through the supplementation process, and getting it approved, they will follow move the Job to ‘ACV Pending’ which will send you a notification

  • Follow the sequence below:

If NO Supplement is Needed:

  • They will move the job to ‘ACV Pending’ which will send you a notification

Once the Supplementation is Complete & The Job is in ACV Pending:

  1. Call the lead, & go through the next steps (Call through CRM)

  1. Schedule a Meeting to go over the build contract with the customer and collect the ACV

  1. Schedule a ‘Meeting’ Task in JobNimbus
