IF INSURANCE APPROVES YOUR CLAIM
Upload the Scope of Work to the job in JobNimbus
Move the job to the ‘Approved/Sold’ stage
**This will automatically notify the office to review the scope, so make sure you upload the scope to the job first**
Then The Office Will Evaluate the Scope
If a Supplement is Needed:
They will move the job to ‘Supplement Needed’ which will send you a notification
After going through the supplementation process, and getting it approved, they will follow move the Job to ‘ACV Pending’ which will send you a notification
Follow the sequence below:
If NO Supplement is Needed:
They will move the job to ‘ACV Pending’ which will send you a notification
Once the Supplementation is Complete & The Job is in ACV Pending:
Call the lead, & go through the next steps (Call through CRM)
Schedule a Meeting to go over the build contract with the customer and collect the ACV
Schedule a ‘Meeting’ Task in JobNimbus
